Midlands humidity grows mildew and algae on anything shaded, and pollen season coats the rest. The mistake is treating every surface like a driveway: 3,500 psi will clean concrete and destroy a wood fence, etch soft stone, and blow joint sand out of pavers. We match pressure and chemistry to the material, so the grime leaves and the surface stays.
