Sealing and staining that extends the life of what you already own. We clean, repair joints, and seal pavers, stone, and concrete, and we stain or resurface tired concrete so it reads finished instead of forgotten.
Sealing buys years, not looks alone
South Carolina hands hardscape a rough deal: UV, humidity, pollen, organic staining under shade, and freeze-thaw cycles a few times each winter. Sealing slows water and stain penetration, locks joint sand so weeds and ants have less to work with, and brings color back on faded stone and concrete.

The prep decides the result
Most sealer failures are prep failures: sealing over a damp slab, over efflorescence, or over organic growth that was never killed. We wash, treat, let the surface dry to spec, and seal in the weather window the product actually calls for. If a patio has settled or a joint keeps washing out, that is a base or drainage problem, and sealing over it just makes a shiny problem.
