Water where the plants are
Midlands summers are hard on new sod and fresh plantings, and sandy ground makes it harder: a sprinkler run on Sandhills sand can be gone by lunch while a clay lot two miles away is still wet. Good irrigation is not more water, it is water placed and timed for the soil and the plant. Poor layouts water the driveway and still leave brown edges.

Specialty and remote systems
Not every site has a meter and a plug. We build pump-fed systems off ponds and wells, drip for orchards, plots, and containers, and solar-powered monitoring and control stations so a remote system can be checked or shut off without a drive out there.
